Bugs fixed for stable-1.6:

* Illegal HTML anchor names
* Exporting of .wiki files failed for "Original Gadfly"

database
* Opening a wiki with wrong path failed not cleanly
* Launch of URLs with non-ASCII characters failed
* Creation of new wiki was impossible of no wiki
currently loaded
* Using footnotes as wiki words failed (internal
changes in WikiFormatting.py)
